She wants to show that there is no 'one' way to live a healthy lifestyle by sharing her knowledge and passion for fitness, health and happiness through physical activity.

She will help you reach your fitness goals in a healthy and sustainable way, focusing on creating healthy habits (that you will be able to incorporate later on in your life), goals setting and mindset change.

She will prove you that ‘being fit’ isn’t only a trend or a temporary tool to achieve the dream body you want but it can become an enjoyable way of living the entire life that makes you both feel and look great but also brings amazing health benefits and overall well-being.

Magda believes that being healthy, energetic, and fit doesn't take a lot of time; it takes a smart game plan and support.

Pampercrew joins forces with Magda

Magda was highly recommended by our friend Joanne who has regular PT sessions with Magda and as you can see by the photos below has become very fit.

When we first met Magda of course we warmed to her straightaway, her friendly personality makes her perfect for our Pampercrew bespoke Retreat and Wellbeing days n the Algarve.


Magda shows us some of her exercise routines in the avenue, Vilamoura, with our friend Joanne, who has become super-fit!

I know this to be true, as I can sometimes be slack, if I'm working out on my own or finish a few minutes earlier- especially if Lesley hasn't joined me for our morning video workouts.
